We always aim to have a flexible and helpful approach with all our customers and endeavour to be of the utmost assistance.

You can exchange or return your order (excluding bespoke pieces and customised orders) for any reason.

For bespoke designs, where each individual order is created specifically for each bride, refunds are only offered in the unlikely event of the piece being faulty.

You have 14 days of receipt of your purchase to get it back to us and it must be prior to your wedding date.

This return must be previously arrange with me either by telephone or email in order for it to be valid.

You will have to pay the postage and a signed-for service is strongly recommended. Your local post office will be able to advise

Exchanges are final and you won’t be able to exchange again or refund.

Any item returned for refund or exchange needs to be unused in perfect condition, with any tags attached and in its undamaged, packaging.

While every effort has been made to represent the products slight differences due to the handmade nature of the product and/ or the brightness of your device or monitor.

Earrings cannot be removed from their packaging for hygiene reasons.
